This market is open to all makers and small shops in various categories including, but not limited to, jewelry, ceramics, paper goods, art, clothing, food + drink, bath and body, home goods, etc.

Theme: Empowering Women, spring, love, charity

Partnership non-profit organization: Downtown Eastside Women's Centre

Location: 115 Victory Ship Way, North Vancouver, BC V7L 0B2

Time: March 8th 11:30am~6pm

Parking: There are various parking lots surrounding Victory Ship Way.

Booth size: your booth size is either 4x6 or 4x8.

Price: $120 for each booth

Reminder:

  • You must bring your own table / chair / table cloth / displays and full setup. We do not have any to borrow / lend out. Electricity and Wi-Fi are provided at no additional cost.

  • Vendor fees must be paid upon acceptance, with full payment submitted via email bank transfer or credit card (PayPal is not accepted) by the specified deadline. Please note that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • All vendor payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Vendors must only sell the products outlined in their application unless prior approval is obtained.

  • Shared spaces are allowed, provided both businesses are approved. Each vendor must complete a separate application and indicate the business they plan to share the space with.

  • Vendors agree that the photos they submit or post on social media may be used to promote the event.

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, insurance, and approvals required to sell product and / or provide sampling.

  • All vendors are required to have liability insurance covering the duration of the market including the set up and a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 liability either through your own insurance company or our preferred provider.

  • Vendors are fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage to all of their materials, equipment, and property

  • Vendors are required to remove all garbage, recycling, and packaging from site. Vendors may not leave it at their booth space or near waste stations onsite. Failure to take all garbage with you will result in future applications being denied.
